Welcome to the Quotations Department

The Salina Supply Commercial Quotations Department is available for plumbing supplies and fixture pricing on Commercial and Large Residential projects.

Salina Supply also has separate HVAC and Waterworks Departments for those products as well as experienced boiler/radiant heating support. Please check our Contacts page for those Departments.

We receive job information from McGraw-Hill (Dodge Report), The State of Kansas Contractor’s Planroom, Salina Blueprint, various engineering and architectural firms, the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce, and directly from our customers.

We make use of vast resources including catalogs, manufacturer’s representatives, and online specification services to provide pricing for competitive cross-referenced products for all your plumbing needs.

Upon request, we offer a submittal service to verify with project owners, engineers, and architect that our offered products are compliant with the given specifications.

After a project is completed, we can publish an O&M Manual (Operation and Maintenance) which provides necessary information including warranty for the owners & maintenance personnel for products.

The Salina Supply Commercial Quotations Department may be able to aid in the design-build phase of a project. We may also be your source for that hard-to-find item; repair kit or replacement part.
